The new line will include skirts, tops and new Sparkle Arm Covers in various colors, themed skirts for particular races, and details that can be added to skirts to emulate your favorite princess! Every costume we make is designed for you personally by SparkleSkirts owner and designer, Leah Powell.
Past creations have included Pocahontas, Cruella deVille, Elvis, Little Mermaid Ariel, Emma Frost from the X-Men, Peter Pan, Vidia, Sleeping Beauty Aurora, Cinderella, Minnie Mouse, and Princess Pirate.

Our custom costumes start at just $100
You may choose from three price levels—budget, moderate, or deluxe—with price based upon intricacy level and materials.
Here’s how our custom costume process works:
Step 1)
Contact Leah Powell to start the dialogue on what costume you envision or what character you want to be.
Step 2)
Leah will prepare three sketches for you detailing different price and feature options.
Budget costumes start at $100, deluxe versions start at $300, and moderate costumes will be priced somewhere in between—depending on your specifications.

Step 3)
Upon agreement of a costume direction, you send in your measurements along with a payment (check, debit, or credit) for half down. You pay the balance upon receipt of the costume. You may also prepay if you like.
